Unfortunately at this time we do not pump septic tanks. We can however; locate your septic tank, dig up your septic tank lids, and install risers - making it easier to get your septic tank pumped in the future.
First thing you will need to do is get your soil tested! Then give us a call - every septic installation is different so we will set up an appt. to view your septic site and then we will guide you step-by-step through your personal process.
The cost of a septic system can vary greatly depending on several factors such as the size of the system, the type of system, and the location of the property.
On average, a conventional septic system for a 3-bedroom home starts at $10,000. However, if the soil or site conditions require a more complex system, the cost can be significantly higher, ranging from $15,000 to $20,000 or more.
Other factors that can affect the cost of a septic system include local regulations and permitting fees, excavation costs, and the cost of materials such as pipes, tanks, and gravel.
It's important to note that regular maintenance and pumping of the septic system are also necessary to ensure proper functioning and avoid costly repairs in the future.
Septic treatments, such as chemical additives, enzymes, and bacteria-based products, are marketed as a way to improve the performance and extend the life of a septic system. While these treatments can help break down organic matter and reduce solids in the tank, their effectiveness in improving the overall health of the septic system is still a topic of debate among experts.
Some studies have shown that certain types of septic treatments can be beneficial in specific circumstances, such as reducing odors or restoring bacterial populations after the use of antibacterial cleaners. However, other studies have shown that excessive use of septic treatments can actually harm the septic system by disrupting the natural balance of bacteria and enzymes needed for proper functioning.
Ultimately, the best way to maintain a healthy septic system is to follow good practices, such as conserving water, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals, and having the tank pumped regularly.
